About us

Our company in cooperation with the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and a number of European companies, develops, implements and operates modern environmentally friendly technologies and equipment for industrial waste management.

Unlike highly specialized companies that promote specific technologies and try to find raw materials suitable for processing using these technologies, we practice a methodological approach.

The company has experience in processing such waste:
Ash and slag waste from coal-fired power plants

- unburned carbon is a high-calorie fuel (analogous to coke oven dust);
- fly ash - a popular additive in concrete;
- slag sand/rubble - aggregates for concrete;
- depending on the composition of the ash and slag, it can be processed to extract other components: rare earth metal concentrate, aluminum oxide, vanadium pentoxide, rubidium sulfate.

Metallurgical slag

- microdroplets (kings) of metal;
- hydraulic additive for cements;
- related elements (chromium, vanadium, manganese, zinc, titanium) in the form of oxides or salts.

Phosphogypsum

- gypsum binder;
- lime
- sulfuric acid
- hydrofluoric acid
- phosphoric acid;
- concentrate of rare earth elements.

Red sludge

- aluminum oxide;
- iron oxide;
- sulfates of scandium, gallium, rubidium and other rare elements.

This list is illustrative and does not exhaust the possible list of wastes that can be recycled profitably. Wastes that are potentially promising as raw materials include

  • tailings from mineral processing, from coal to ferrous ores;
  • ash and slag from metallurgy, energy and chemical industry
  • sludge from the chemical industry;
  • scrap from metallurgical furnaces (chromite, magnesite, graphite);
  • ash and slag from solid waste incineration;
  • electrical (electronic) scrap;
  • structural plastic/composite scrap;
  • organic waste (sorted plastic, decontaminated sludge from sludge SFs, agricultural waste);
